Explaining the machine to people who decide
Explainable AI has learned to explain models to the people who built them. My research takes the next step: explaining to the people who have to act on the answer.
EnriCX
EnriCX (Enriched Contextual eXplanations) is a layer that sits after the model and the statistical explanation, without changing either. It uses context engineering to bring a language model the knowledge no database held, and returns decision alternatives.
Step 1
The model predicts
A salary estimate trained on official labor market data.
Step 2
Statistics decompose
A post-hoc technique shows how much each factor weighed, in abstract numbers.
Step 3
Context translates
EnriCX turns those numbers into reasons and priced alternatives for the person deciding.
